The rules that apply when you buy from BuyBestAcc.

These terms apply to every order placed on buybestacc.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order — and if something here is unclear, ask us first rather than guessing.
1. Who We Are
BuyBestAcc is an independent reseller of digital subscription and service accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the companies whose products we list. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are buying for lawful purposes.
3. What You Are Buying
You are buying access to a digital account or subscription for the duration stated on the product page. You are not buying a licence directly from the underlying service provider, and we do not transfer ownership of any software or intellectual property.
Important: your use of any account remains subject to the underlying provider's own terms of service. Resold, shared or transferred accounts may conflict with those terms, and a provider may suspend or terminate an account at its discretion. Please read the provider's terms and decide for yourself whether this is acceptable for your use case. If you need a guaranteed, uninterrupted, fully compliant subscription — for example for business-critical work — buy directly from the provider at their list price. That is the honest advice.
4. Delivery
Accounts are delivered by email to the address you supply at checkout. Most orders arrive within minutes. Occasionally, at busy periods or for less common products, delivery can take a few hours. If we expect a longer delay we will tell you rather than leave you waiting. Please check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing order.
5. Warranty
Every account is covered by a replacement warranty for the full length of the plan you purchased. If the account stops working, if you are locked out through no fault of your own, or if what you received does not match the product page, contact us and we will repair or replace it. 6. What Voids the Warranty
- Changing the account's email address, password or recovery details without asking us first
- Sharing the account credentials with other people or reselling them
- Using the account for spam, fraud, harassment, or anything unlawful
- Triggering a suspension through your own breach of the provider's rules
- Requesting a chargeback instead of contacting us
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use anything bought here to commit fraud, distribute malware, infringe copyright, harass anyone, or break the law in your country. We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and will refuse service to anyone we believe is acting in bad faith.
8. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout. We do not store your card details. Orders are processed once payment clears.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use or unavailability of an account.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
